The Westbrook Board of Education welcomed the school district's new staff members to the district during the BoE meeting on 9/9/2025.
Dear Westbrook Families,
Westbrook Public Schools is committed to the safety of students and community members. As such, beginning Tuesday, September 2, 2025, our morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up traffic pattern will change to improve safety and efficiency.
Important Details:
We will place temporary signage outside the new entrance for the first few weeks to help guide parents through the new arrangement. Any change of this nature has accompanying growing pains that naturally occur as we build new habits. However, this safer traffic pattern will ultimately be more effective, efficient, and reduce frustration for our entire school community.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this transition.
Sincerely,
Matt Talmadge
WHS/WMS Principal

Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year. It promises to be an exciting one! As your Principal and Assistant Principal, we look forward to getting to know each one of you so that we may assist you in making your experience here at Westbrook High School beneficial, engaging, and productive.
